Provozovatel pouze usnadňuje komunikaci mezi poskytovatelem produktů a/nebo služeb a Uživatelem. Provozovatel není poskytovatelem žádných služeb a/nebo zboží.
Podáním jakýchkoli informací souhlasíte s Podmínkami použití Webové stránky, v rámci kterých vám poskytujeme informace k zpracování vaší žádosti o uzavření smlouvy mezi vámi a Inzerentem ohledně nákupu služeb nebo zboží, které jsou inzerovány na Webové stránce nebo prostřednictvím webových stránek Inzerenta.

Pouze jeden autorizovaný uživatel může mít jeden účet, registrace více účtů registrovaných stejnou fyzickou osobou nebo právnickou osobou je zakázána a může vést k uzavření všech účtů Provozovatelem, které Provozovatel považuje za vhodné. Používání Služby je dobrovolné a zdarma.
Používáním Webové stránky souhlasíte s tím, že vaše identifikace a heslo budou uchovávány v tajnosti, a souhlasíte s tím, že nebudete používat účet jiného autorizovaného uživatele.
Provozovatel nenese žádnou odpovědnost za žádné ztráty nebo škody, které vzniknou v důsledku nedodržování těchto povinností, nenese žádnou odpovědnost za jakékoli škody způsobené krádeží, útokem na systém nebo jakýmkoli jiným neoprávněným užitím vašeho hesla, identifikačních údajů nebo jiných prostředků identifikace.
Při registraci se Uživatel zavazuje poskytnout Provozovateli pravdivé, přesné a úplné informace při registraci vyplněním registračního formuláře Webové stránky. Uživatel souhlasí s dodržováním všech platných místních, státních, národních a mezinárodních zákonů a předpisů týkajících se používání Webové stránky, Služby a/nebo Softwarového vybavení. Kromě toho Uživatel uznává a souhlasí s tím, že používání Internetu a přístup nebo přenos nebo připojení k Webové stránce se provádí výhradně na jeho vlastní riziko.
V případě porušení Provozovatel nepřebírá odpovědnost za bezpečnost jakýchkoli informací, které jsou přenášeny na nebo z Webové stránky. Uživatel nese veškerou odpovědnost za akce související s jeho použitím Webové stránky, včetně, ale neomezujíc se na, uchovávání nebo zálohování jakýchkoli dat.
Operátor dělá veškeré komerčně opodstatněné úsilí, aby zpřístupnil Službu a/nebo Software Uživateli. Uživatel uznává, že některé komponenty Služby a/nebo Softwaru mohou být poskytovány třetí stranou a mohou proto nastat zpoždění, chyby, poruchy, zpoždění dat atd., které Operátor nemůže ovlivnit. Operátor nemůže poskytnout žádné záruky a nenese žádnou odpovědnost za případy, kdy je Služba a/nebo Software nepřetržitý nebo bezchybný, nebo že vady ve Službě a/nebo Softwaru jsou opraveny.
Operátor získává veškerá osobní data v souladu s Ochranou osobních údajů. Uživatel souhlasí se seznámením se a přijetím Ochranou osobních údajů před poskytnutím jakýchkoli osobních údajů na tomto webovém místě. Uživatel uznává, že používání webového místa a služeb vyžaduje použití jeho/jejích osobních údajů.

umožnit Operátorovi provést jakékoli zákonné požadavky na hlášení o porušení bezpečnosti, které vedly k jakýmkoli porušením týkajícím se identifikace osobních údajů.

Operátor si vyhrazuje právo omezit, podle svého uvážení, poskytování a množství jakékoli funkce nebo služby jakékoli osobě nebo geografické oblasti. Jakékoliv rozhodnutí o použití webového místa, Služby a/nebo Softwaru nese plnou odpovědnost Uživatele, který musí dodržovat platné zákony.
Práva duševního vlastnictví
Autorské právo na Obsah patří jak Operátorovi, tak jeho partnerům, a nemůže být uchováváno, kopírováno nebo upravováno v jakémkoliv formátu, prodáváno nebo používáno žádným způsobem bez speciálního povolení Operátora. Informace, moduly, patenty, patentové informace, patentové žádosti a všechna práva na vynálezy (nezávisle na jejich patentovatelnosti), ochranné známky, obchodní názvy, autorská práva, metody, práva designu, práva k databázím, práva k designu webových stránek, grafický design, obsah, zdroje obsahu, text, grafika, loga, výkony, rozhraní, moduly, skripty, značky, obchodní značky, doménová jména, technické kresby, práva k designu, databáze, software, programový kód, podpůrný software, patentová práva a všechna další práva k duševnímu vlastnictví jsou vlastnictvím Operátora nebo vlastníků, kteří Operátorovi udělili povolení k jejich použití.
Uživatel nesmí:
používat, reprodukovat, kopírovat, upravovat, přizpůsobovat, překládat, stahovat, publikovat, přenášet, šířit, zobrazovat, provádět, aktualizovat, odkazovat nebo propojovat, odstraňovat, vytvářet odvozené díla, vyměňovat nebo prodávat jakýkoli Obsah dostupný na webovém místě nebo s jeho pomocí, kromě toho, jak je uvedeno v těchto Podmínkách, nebo za podmínek předchozího povolení Operátora nebo příslušného vlastníka práva duševního vlastnictví;
změnit, licencovat, zakrýt, přizpůsobit nebo zakázat přístup k, odstranit nebo skrýt jakékoliv autorské informace, patentové, obchodní nebo jiné vlastnické značky nebo značky, které označují zdroj Obsahu nebo jakékoliv jiné informace, které jsou prezentovány nebo zobrazeny na webovém místě;
provádět jakékoliv akce, které porušují nebo mohou porušit práva Operátora nebo třetích stran k duševnímu vlastnictví obsažené v Obsahu a/nebo Obsahu, který je dostupný na webovém místě nebo s jeho pomocí;
odstraňovat nebo nedostupnění jakékoliv informace o vlastnictví softwaru, Služby nebo jiné informace, které jsou prezentovány nebo zobrazeny na webovém místě;
používat jakékoli automatizované prostředky pro přístup k webovému místu, Službě, Softwaru, získávání dat z webového místa, Služby, Softwaru nebo interakci s webovým místem, Službou nebo Softwarem;
snažit se použít webové místo, Službu, Software nebo jakoukoli její část pro jakékoli obchodní nebo neobchodní účely, které nejsou v souladu s těmito Podmínkami.
Jakékoliv použití webového místa, Služby, Softwaru nebo jakékoliv části Obsahu, které nejsou v souladu s těmito Podmínkami, bude považováno za porušení těchto Podmínek a Operátor si může, podle svého uvážení, přijmout veškerá možná opatření k řešení takových porušení, včetně, ale neomezujíc se na, odstranění informací, vymazání účtu, omezení nebo zákazu přístupu k webovému místu, Službě, Softwaru, jeho části nebo jakémukoli Obsahu, změny těchto Podmínek nebo použití jakýchkoli dalších právních opatření.
